Terms & Condition

At HimalayanSaltExport.com, we’re all about delivering top-notch Himalayan pink salt straight from Pakistan’s ancient mines to wholesalers and distributors worldwide. We keep our products pure and simple, and we aim to do the same with our Terms & Conditions.

This document spells out the rules of the road for using our site, placing orders, and doing business with us. Think of it as our handshake agreement – straightforward, fair, and focused on building strong partnerships.

By browsing our site, requesting quotes, or buying our bulk salts, wellness items, or other products, you’re agreeing to these terms. If something doesn’t feel right, just reach out; we’re here to chat.

We last updated these Terms on November 28, 2025. If we make tweaks – maybe to reflect new export rules or business updates – we’ll post them here and give you a heads-up via email if you’ve ordered from us before. Stick around to stay in the know.

The Basics: Who We Are and What We Offer

We’re HimalayanSaltExport.com, a Pakistan-based exporter specializing in bulk Himalayan pink salt for global wholesalers.

Our lineup includes edible salts (fine or coarse grains), wellness products like lamps and bricks, bath salts for spas, animal licks free of additives, and culinary tools such as plates and bowls.

Everything’s sourced sustainably from mines like those in Khushab, processed with care by our team of over 400 pros, and certified (think ISO, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, GMP) for quality you can trust.

We offer private labeling too – customize with your brand for easy resale. Prices are volume-based and competitive, no middlemen involved.

But heads up: product details, availability, and prices can change without notice due to market shifts or supply chain hiccups.

Placing Orders and Getting Quotes

Ready to stock up? Use our site to request quotes for bulk shipments – whether it’s 25kg bags or 1-ton jumbos. We’ll confirm details like grain size, packaging, and shipping before anything’s final. Once you approve, that’s your order locked in.

  • Accuracy Check: Double-check your order info (quantities, addresses) because we’re not on the hook for mistakes on your end.
  • Minimums and Customs: We have ordered minimums for efficiency – details in your quote. For international exports, you’re responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import rules in your country (like USA, UK, or Asia spots).
  • Cancellations: Change your mind? Let us know within 24 hours of confirmation, and we’ll sort it – after that, it might cost you a restocking fee if we’ve started prepping.

We reserve the right to reject orders if something’s off, like payment issues or export restrictions.

Payment: Keeping It Smooth

We accept major cards, bank transfers, or other methods outlined in your invoice. Full payment upfront for new partners; net-30 terms possible for established ones after credit checks.

Shipping and Delivery: From Our Mines to Your Door

We ship worldwide using reliable partners like DHL or FedEx, with tracking provided. Delivery times? Typically 7-21 days depending on your location and order size, but delays can happen due to weather, customs, or global events – we’re not liable for those.

  • Risk Transfer: Once it leaves our warehouse, the risk is yours (though we insure against loss in transit).
  • Damaged Goods: Inspect on arrival and report issues within 7 days with photos – we’ll replace or refund if it’s our fault.
  • Eco Note: We pack sustainably, but if you need special wrapping, just ask (extra fees may apply).

Returns and Refunds: We Get It, Stuff Happens

Not thrilled? For unopened, undamaged products, returns within 30 days of delivery – but custom-labeled items are final sale. Shipping back is on you, and we’ll inspect before refunding (minus restocking fees of up to 20%).

Refunds hit your original payment method within 14 days. No returns on perishable salts or if you’ve tampered with them. We’re fair, but decisions are ours.

Our Stuff, Your Respect: Intellectual Property

Our site, logos, product photos, and content? All ours (or licensed to us). Feel free to browse and share links, but don’t copy, sell, or tweak without our permission. Trademarks like “HimalayanSaltExport” are protected – misuse could land you in hot water.

Limitations: What We’re Not Responsible For

We do our best, but we’re not perfect. Our products come “as is” – no warranties beyond what’s legally required. We’re not liable for indirect stuff like lost profits, data issues, or if our salt doesn’t cure your blues (though it’s great for electrolytes!).

Max liability? Limited to your order amount. This applies to site use too – if glitches happen, we’re not on the hook for your losses.

Playing Fair: Prohibited Stuff

Keep it clean: No hacking our site, spreading viruses, or using our content for shady schemes. We can boot you if you break rules, and report to authorities if needed.

Governing Law and Sorting Disputes

These terms follow Pakistani law, with disputes handled in Lahore courts. But for international folks, we’ll aim for friendly mediation first – arbitration via ICC if it escalates. Let’s avoid that though; communication’s key.

Changes and Severability

We can update these terms anytime – your continued use means you agree. If a part’s invalid, the rest stands strong.
